Quality Assurance (QA) is the key to understanding customer experience, our new recording player helps QA save time by allowing managers to listen to independent channels of recordings, skip silence and see a visual depiction of the call in a wave form. These tools enable your team to not only become more efficient but take control of the customer experience with added ability to listen to what matters most to them.
Silencing and Channel changing is done on the fly and completely in the cloud, there is no need for on-premise hardware or software. The player does all of its magic in Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge browsers. Internet Explorer is currently not supported.
