Quality Control Recording Player

We are pleased to announce the recent release of our updated Quality Control Recording Player, which is included at no cost when using the One Voice Cloud Platform for call recording.

Quality Assurance (QA) is key to understanding customer experience and our new recording player helps QA teams save time by providing additional features for controlling a recording playback:

  • Listen to independent channels of the recording.
  • Skip silence by channel or completely.
  • Fast forward or ship over the recording sections.
  • See a visual depiction of the call in a wave form.
These tools enable your team to not only become more efficient but take control of the customer experience with added ability to listen to what matters most to them.

Silencing and Channel changing is done on the fly and completely in the cloud, there is no need for on-premise hardware or software. The player does all of it's magic in most of the current browsers.

(Older browsers like Internet Explorer are not supported)
