Aizan Technologies Inc. is deeply committed to cultivating an inclusive and accessible environment for all employees, clients, and stakeholders. As a Class T3 regulated entity under the Accessible Canada Act (ACA), we recognize the importance of proactively identifying, removing, and preventing barriers to accessibility across all aspects of our operations.
This Accessibility Progress Report outlines the steps taken by Aizan Technologies to fulfill our obligations under the ACA. It provides a snapshot of the progress made to date and reaffirms our dedication to continuous improvement in the areas of accessibility, inclusion, and equity.
2.1 Built Environment
We continue to assess and improve the physical accessibility of our workplace. Regular evaluations are conducted, guided by input from individuals with disabilities. These assessments ensure that our facilities provide inclusive workspace options that are accessible to all employees and visitors.
2.2 Information and Communication
Aizan Technologies is actively working to maintain and enhance the accessibility of our digital content, including websites, internal platforms, and communications. We are continuously reviewing and updating our digital assets to ensure they meet current accessibility standards.
2.3 Employment
We have integrated inclusive hiring practices across our recruitment process, including the provision of accommodation during interviews and onboarding. Workplace accommodation is available to support employees with disabilities, and accessibility awareness is promoted among all staff through training and internal communications.
2.4 Customer Service
Accessibility is an integral part of how we deliver customer service. Our support channels are routinely evaluated to identify and remove potential barriers. Additionally, customer service staff are trained to communicate respectfully and effectively with individuals with disabilities, ensuring a dignified and seamless experience for all clients.
As part of our efforts to engage the organization in accessibility initiatives, our Accessibility Team conducted both virtual and in-person consultations with department heads and management teams. These sessions provided:

Unless submitted anonymously, all feedback will be acknowledged in the same format it was received. Our Accessibility Officer is responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and coordinating responses to all feedback.
Feedback is evaluated collaboratively by our technical, operational, and product teams to determine the most appropriate and effective solutions. This process ensures that accessibility remains an active, responsive priority within our organization.
